My stylist, Brittany, has saved my hair! When I came to her about 6 months ago my hair was really dry and worn out. The extra color rinse/treatments have helped and it's now a perfect dark brown.
I went for hilights and a hair cut.3 hours later, a color that I could’ve done with a box. Here comes the haircut, I thought. She(Nicki), was petrified to cut my hair. I had a bob that had grown long, I asked for a bob, just shorter and layered. I swear, she snipped a smidge of a piece of my hair and said”like that”? Like what you didn’t get anything off yet. I don’t understand what you want. This went on for 5 minutes,repeating herself, I don’t understand. I got so upset I said forget it don’t cut it. No haircut. Now I have to go somewhere else pay and tip another stylist somewhere. I will say the stylist beside her was awesome. She colored 2!people and was on a third by the time I got my hair washed. $125 later and I’m so upset. What a waste of time and money. Never again!!
Jen has been my stylist for almost 20 years! Now, her salon is an extension of her skills, professionalism, and personality. I would never go anywhere else! All the girls in her salon are wonderful and sweet. Highly recommend!
Love this salon. If you go and want a regular cut, or color or up-do or anything at all, ask for Katie. She's my stylist and does a fantastic job on my hair! If I want it to be straightened iron or curled, she does it for me. I also went to Karin years ago before Katie started because, once I dyed my (naturally brown hair blond) and months later at urging of ex, put black cherry red on top of that blond. It started breaking off so I tried to recolor it blond again. Within weeks of the cherry, (It was fried.) Amazing when hair started falling out, my parents sent me to her. She literally somehow saved rest of my hair & got it back to natural color. I've never colored it since...nor let a man tell me to color my hair. Ugh. Anyway, she & Katie are fantastic.
